First of all, Trigger Happy Havoc is definitely the most appropriate of the games, compared to games like v3, which has characters like Miu making sure the rating stays at M. Now that you know the basics of the game, let’s get into it. If a character had the title of Ultimate Hairdresser, then their punishment would have something to do with having a hair appointment or something.) However, if the murderer gets away with it, everyone else receives punishment. If they get caught, they will get a punishment based off what their talent is. Okay, so the basic story behind Trigger Happy Havoc is that they are trapped in a high school, and are forced to kill someone and get away with it in order to leave. Woop thanks for readin the review i appreciate itįirst of all, I’d like to clarify that the review I am leaving is for the first game, as CSM put two games into the same category, however, they vary A LOT. ~Fuyuhiko Kuzuryu (again, i know what i said)Īccording to math, that's about 46% of both games, 37% of the first game, and 56% of the second game. ~Mondo Owada (he's a good guy, i know what i said) A few I think could be considered role models are. Some of the cast could be considered good role models, but there are a few that stand out more than others as genuinely good people. However, the character in the second game, Fuyuhiko, does swear a lot more then the other character I mentioned. Similar to the first game, the second game has occasional swearing from others and a character who persistently swears. In the first game, you have swearing sometimes, with an added character who swears a lot (Mondo Owada). Ok ok ok, this is probably the part I have to agree with CSM on. Both games have one character that have huge breasts and an added cleavage, but they are both strong female leads and aren't in anyway sexual characters. The second game has an incredibly perverted character, but they are eventually killed off and that seems to dial it down by a LOT, along with a character that often has fan service shots, but her privates are completely censored. There's also a seen with one girl in only a tank top and underwear, but it's very short. There are only minor innuendos in the first game, and one character that seems to be a little perverted. There is one death near the end of the second game that is probably the most brutal in the series, but that's probably the worst. Most of the deaths are really just blood, which is pink by the way and looks more like paint. Only hearing the plot, you'd think that this game's violence is among the lines of complete gruesome horror.

Danganronpa game full#
Monokuma is a deliciously evil villain, and the story is full of shock twists and turns.ĭanganronpa was designed for handheld consoles, so it remains to be seen whether it’s as enjoyable to play while sat in front of a PC monitor. It has a great sense of humour, fun writing, and lively characters, but is also incredibly dark. I can’t say much else without getting into spoiler territory, but hopefully I’ve given you some idea of why Danganronpa is such a cool game. You spend so much time talking to the characters and getting to know them that, when one of them turns out to be a killer or victim, it genuinely hits you hard-even if you didn’t like them all that much. It’s one of the better detective-style games I’ve played, with the case slowly revealing itself until you hit that “Aha!” moment when the truth becomes clear. The crimes are brilliantly constructed too.
